Gavinus Anaba, a member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) who hails Atobabisi, a suburb of Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region, has presented a Desktop Computer system to the NDC Bolgatanga Central Constituency office to enhance the research capacity of the party.
According to him, the donation forms part of his commitment to resource the party at the constituency level towards election 2024 and beyond.
Mr Anaba is a Party Activist who in the past few years among other things has been supporting and empowering women’s wings and the Communication Bureau of the party from the branch to the constituency levels.
Presenting the computer on his behalf by Francis Adingo, a member of the Party’s communication team, he said, “For the past two years, he [Gavinus Anaba] has developed a lot of interests when it comes to party activities and particularly areas where he thinks he can support his homeland, and decided that party activities as far as Democratic credentials are concerned, he wants to channel his efforts to support the constituency office so that at the end of the day, citizens can be more discerning”
“As we all hope that 2024, we win this election, and when the party comes to power, Ghanaians at the end of the day will be free from this hardship they are going through”. – Adingo added.
He said, Mr Anaba had indicated that, plans are far advanced to add a printer and other office items to the office to aid Party secretarial activities.
The constituency Secretary, Isaac Ayemvoa who received the computer on behalf of the entire executives thanked the donor for his kind gesture and pledged to put it to good use.
