Incumbent Member of Parliament for the Nabdam Constituency Dr Mark Kurt Nawaane has won the bid to lead the party in the 2024 elections as parliamentary candidate.
He polled 303 votes out of the total valid votes of 482 beating his closest contender Lawyer Lamtiig Apanga who got 177 votes while Francis Zuure obtained 1 vote.
The parliamentary primaries in the Nabdam constituency has been a keenly contested one with political analyst describing as the most crucial constituency to watch as it posed a lot of uncertainties.
