The Yarigabisi Youth Peace and Unity Games ran from Friday, 14-11-25 to Sunday, 16-11-25, bringing six spirited clans together: Amunibisi, Asograbisi, Asanabiisi, Awanekome, Agungabiisi, and Beogonore. The tournament showcased fierce competition and admirable sportsmanship, culminating in a dramatic final between Amunibisi and Agungabiisi. After a 1-1 deadlock in regulation time, the title was decided by penalties, where Amunibisi held their nerve to win the shootout 4–3 and claim the championship.

Amunibisi walked away with the trophy and a cash prize of GHC1,000 for first place. Agungabiisi finished as worthy runners-up and received GHC700, while Asograbisi secured third place and GHC500. The event was graced by dignitaries, including Naba Patrick Ayinbila Asaliya, chief of the Yarigabisi community, who urged the youth to preserve peace and work toward local development. Adamu Apasinore, the Assembly Member, commended the unity among the youth. Youth Chairman Mr. Atiah Samuel was also present at the event.

Organizers expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported and contributed to this year’s games. This is the second time Amunibisi have emerged victorious in the competition, having previously won the maiden edition in 2023 — a testament to their resilience and community pride.
