“It has been 50 years of amazing grace. It’s been of unbelievable blessings, it’s been 50 years of unmatched favour, it’s been 50 years of extreme blessings and sympathy from God. It’s been 50 years of unexpected happenings. It’s been 50 years of ups and downs,” he stated.

But in all, it’s been 50 outstanding years bestowed me by the almighty God to whom I’m so grateful. If I tell a gist of something I wanted to say, there will be emotions so I won’t go there. It should be in the book”.

Mr. Kpemka worked as a teacher at the Senior High School level before rising to become a lecturer and later ventured into the legal field.

In the political space, he served as an Assembly Member and rose to become a District Chief Executive (DCE) at age 36.

Speaking on his life journey, the former MP, who is staging a comeback, said his rise from a poor family background to where he is today is by God’s grace hence, his gratitude to his maker.

He gave a hint of the struggles he faced especially growing up but asked the public to hold their breath as he is set to release a book which will tell it all.

“I was telling my wife before we came out, I told her one of the stories, she said ‘today is for enjoyment, don’t say it’. I’ll give you a gist of it. It’s a story that ever took me to La Cote D’Ivoire in 1993; that’s 30 years ago, that was the reopening day of secondary school.

I went to the Cote D’Ivoire to organize myself to return to go to school on the reopening day. I returned to Ghana 2 weeks to vacation. As I said, I want to keep you in suspense. When that book is out, you’ll see the rest of it”.

He pledged to “stand and fight for the needy and the underprivileged in society”.
