The Upper East Regional Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Lawyer Anthony Namoo, says clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of party officers at all levels will make it possible to measure results and monitor performance.

Lawyer Namoo made the remarks after the NPP constituted a nine-member committee on which he serves as a member. The committee has been tasked with developing a comprehensive manual outlining the specific roles and responsibilities of party officers at all levels of the party’s organisational structure.

“When party officers’ roles and responsibilities are clearly spelled out, results can be measured and performance monitored,” Lawyer Namoo wrote on his facebook wall.

The committee is chaired by NPP National Chairman Peter Mac Manu, with Hon. Osei Bonsu Amoah Esq. serving as Deputy Chairman. Enoch Anhwere Afoakwah Esq. serves as Member and Secretary.

The remaining members are Henry Nana Boakye Esq., also known as Nana B, Lawyer Anthony Namoo, Haruna Mohammed, Justina Marigold Assan, Amma Frimpomaa Dwumah Esq., and Joana Addah.

The NPP says the manual, when completed, will serve as a reference guide for officers across all levels of the party.
